Felt the Halls – CommuniTREE Celebration Event

The Felt the Halls – CommuniTREE Celebration Event marked the culmination of months of creativity, collaboration, and learning by a range of community groups from Bushmills.

The event brought together all of the beautifully decorated trees created throughout the project, allowing participants and members of the wider community to view and celebrate the impressive work on display. The exhibition showcased the needle felting skills developed by participants and highlighted the creativity and dedication of everyone involved.

Guests also enjoyed festive storytelling from local storyteller Colin Urwin, whose tales added another important layer of heritage and tradition to the celebration.

The event provided a fitting conclusion to the project, fostering a strong sense of achievement, community connection, and pride in the heritage skills learned along the way.
