Costs

No. We do not require a deposit to secure your booking.

Your final balance is due within 14 days of the invoice date.

Cancellations made more than 8 days before the booking date incur no charge. Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the booking date will be charged 50% of the hire fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking date will be charged the full hire fee.

Yes, catering options are available for meetings, conferences, private functions, and events.

Yes, we can accommodate most dietary needs, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-specific requirements when advised in advance.

Final catering numbers should be confirmed at least 7 calendar days before your event. For smaller events with fewer than 25 attendees, final numbers can be provided 3–5 days before the event. Once confirmed, this number becomes the minimum number that will be charged.

We understand that guest numbers can change. However, reductions cannot be accepted after the final confirmation deadline and charges will be based on the confirmed number of guests. If you need to increase your numbers, we may be able to accommodate this up to 48 hours before the event, subject to catering availability, stock levels and staffing.

To help us cater for all guests, please provide details of any dietary requirements or food allergies at least 7 days before your event. This allows our catering team sufficient time to make suitable arrangements.

Yes, where possible. While we ask that all dietary requirements are submitted at least 7 days in advance, we will do our best to accommodate later requests where reasonably practicable. However, this cannot be guaranteed and may depend on supplier and catering availability.
