Connect Her Presents: “Space to Breathe” A Wellbeing Workshop for Women in Business
When was the last time you gave yourself permission to pause?
Running a business, leading a team, managing a career, supporting others. Many women spend their days carrying a lot, often without the space to stop and check in with themselves.
Space to Breathe is a gentle, welcoming 90-minute workshop designed exclusively for Enterprise Causeway’s “Connect Her” community. Created for female founders and women in the workplace, this session offers an opportunity to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and explore a more grounded approach to wellbeing.
This is not another workshop about doing more, achieving more, or becoming a better version of yourself. Instead, it is an invitation to slow down, reflect, and create a little space for what you need right now.
What to expect
Led by Jenny and Shauna from The Holistic Healing Programme, the session combines simple mindfulness practices, personal reflection, meaningful conversation, and restorative breathwork.
Jenny will open the session with a simple exercise help you slow down and notice what is going on beneath the surface, and Shauna will close with breathwork to help you feel more settled in your body. In between, there will be space to reflect, connect, and explore simple ways to support yourself in everyday life.
This is not about performance, pressure, or weekend transformation. It is about taking a small but meaningful pause, leaving with a clearer sense of what steadies you, and getting a feel for the wider support offered through The Holistic Healing Programme.
During the workshop, you will:
Take part in a gentle guided exercise to help you slow down and tune into what is happening beneath the surface
Reflect on the challenges and demands of everyday life and business
Connect with like-minded women in a supportive, relaxed environment
Explore practical ways to nurture your wellbeing beyond the session
Experience calming breathwork designed to help you feel more settled, present, and grounded

Her approach is grounded and down-to-earth, and she is known for offering simple holistic prescriptions with honesty, warmth and very little guru energy.
The Collab
Together, Jenny and Shauna founded The Holistic Healing Programme out of a shared belief that wellness should feel human, honest, and grounded in real life. After years of conversation, they kept coming back to the same question: why has wellness become so focused on experiences, fixing, transforming, and asking real women to fit into guru-led spaces? Their work is a response to that — a slower, steadier approach to holistic health that meets women where they are, with no pressure to perform, perfect, or become someone else.
With Shauna and Jenny as founders, The Holistic Healing Programme offers relationship-based programmes for local women. It is not about entertainment or escape, and it is certainly not about weekend transformations. Instead, it is about meeting real women where they are and offering holistic health in a way that flows with the natural wheel of the year, feels useful in everyday life, and honours the busy, messy reality of local women’s lives. The space is non-guru, non-perfect, and deeply non-judgemental. You arrive as you are, and leave with gentle, realistic ways to feel steadier in your own life and more connected to yourself.
At The Courthouse
Jenny and Shauna have found a home for The Holistic Healing Programme in the Courthouse — a space that feels welcoming, beautiful, and just right. It has all the feeling they were hoping for, and it offers the kind of setting that makes people want to arrive, settle in, and stay awhile.
