Take Your Seat at The Giant Table This October
A new chapter in Bushmills' celebration of food, drink and local culture begins this autumn with the launch of The Giant Table, taking place from 2 to 4 October.
The Giant Table invites locals and visitors to come together for a weekend of exceptional food, drink, music, creativity and community. Inspired by the flavours and spirit of the Causeway Coast & Glens, the festival celebrates the people, produce and places that make this region so special.
Whether you're a passionate foodie, a music lover, a curious explorer or simply looking for a memorable day out, there is a seat waiting for you at The Giant Table.
The Courthouse at The Giant Table
The Courthouse is delighted to be part of The Giant Table programme, hosting an exciting series of chef demonstrations and taste sampling sessions throughout the festival weekend.
Visitors can enjoy complimentary taste sampling sessions throughout the festival weekend, showcasing a range of local food and drink, alongside demonstrations from an exceptional line-up of chefs, including:

Sunday 4th October

Together, they will showcase local ingredients, share their expertise, and celebrate the unique flavours of the Causeway Coast & Glens.
Family Fun at The Courthouse
Families are also invited to join us for a fun, hands-on creative activity during the festival.
Throughout Saturday, children can drop in and decorate their own salmon windsock to take home. Inspired by the heritage of the River Bush and its famous salmon, this free family workshop is a fantastic opportunity to get creative and enjoy a fun activity together as part of The Giant Table weekend.
Drop-in sessions will run from 11am to 4pm in Leap Space on the first floor of The Courthouse.
