Over the course of four inspiring sessions, participants will explore the art of glass design and develop their own unique landscape pieces, taking inspiration from the local environment. Guided by Natasha’s expert instruction, you'll learn techniques, experiment with materials, and build confidence in your creative process - no prior experience needed.

Thanks to generous support from the Heritage Lottery Fund, this course is completely free, with all materials provided. It’s a perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in a new craft, meet like-minded creatives, and enjoy a relaxed, supportive atmosphere.

Join Katy Bustard on Saturday 10th May from 2.00pm - 4.30pm and step back in time, steeped in music, story and tradition, at the historic old Courthouse Bushmills with the enchanting sound of the Irish harp. Experience the ancient tradition of Irish harping on a custom-made mini harp. Enjoy stories and music of the past with local harper, teacher and founder of Causeway Harp School, Katy Bustard.

• Experience the ancient aural tradition of Irish Harping; its special connection with Belfast and the surprising stories of how the music came to be preserved to this day.  

• Learn basic harp playing technique and enjoy playing a traditional Irish Harp tune together in ensemble. Feel uplifted and energised by the magical sound of ten harps playing together!  

• Relax and enjoy a bespoke performance of Irish harp music by Katy on her beautiful Irish harp, crafted by a local harp maker.

• No musical experience or note reading required.

• Enjoy locally roasted Fidela coffee, tea and treats provided by Bistro at the Courthouse.

Join Sean and Trudy Brolly for a hands-on Sourdough Cookery Class at Bistro at The Courthouse on Wednesday 21st May from 5pm - 7.30pm and discover the art of creating delicious homemade sourdough bread. In this 2.5-hour class, you’ll learn how to nurture your own sourdough starter and bake a beautiful loaf from scratch.

At the end of the class, you’ll take home your own starter, a wicker proving basket, your freshly crafted loaf to bake, and a detailed recipe to continue your sourdough journey at home.
