Join Katy Bustard on Saturday 5th July from 2.00pm - 4.30pm and step back in time, steeped in music, story and tradition, at the historic old Courthouse Bushmills with the enchanting sound of the Irish harp. Experience the ancient tradition of Irish harping on a custom-made mini harp. Enjoy stories and music of the past with local harper, teacher and founder of Causeway Harp School, Katy Bustard.

• Experience the ancient aural tradition of Irish Harping; its special connection with Belfast and the surprising stories of how the music came to be preserved to this day.  

• Learn basic harp playing technique and enjoy playing a traditional Irish Harp tune together in ensemble. Feel uplifted and energised by the magical sound of ten harps playing together!  

• Relax and enjoy a bespoke performance of Irish harp music by Katy on her beautiful Irish harp, crafted by a local harp maker.

• No musical experience or note reading required.

• Enjoy locally roasted Fidela coffee, tea and treats provided by Bistro at the Courthouse.
